International Ltd was established in 1996, its owner and managing
director is active on the travel market since 1982. During these 25 years he
collected an incredible amount of professional experience in incentive incoming
and outgoing tourism, event organization, travel counseling, tourism education
and tourism marketing, and
became one of the known and recognized personalities in the Hungarian MICE and
travel trade.
He organized classical tours, special interest and incentive groups, business missions, prepared and managed conferences of all sizes and levels in Hungary and all over the world. He was successfully active in establishing and managing new enterprises and organizations, developing new marketing concepts and sales strategies, and in using brand new methods in tourism education.

In the last 25 years we learnt how to analyze travel trends and use marketing means to increase sales, thus by now we know very well the Hungarian outbound traveller and tour operators, the effective promotional tools and the competition. As your Tourism Representation we offer you our comprehensive representation & marketing services to help you to penetrate to the promisingly increasing Hungarian outbound travel market and increase your sales.
You
can use our services in 2 different forms: operation or consulting. Operation
means a practical organization activity whereas we act for you as a functional
company: we make price calculations and bookings, sign contracts with the
service providers, etc.
Consulting is
something else, partly more, partly less. In this case your costs will be
probably less, since instead of charging you the usual tour operator margin (10
to 40 %), we will calculate only our fixed and essentially less consulting fee,
agreed prevoiusly. You will enjoy our full scale organizational services but
your payments will be made directly to the service providers.

Although this kind of discount is internationally accepted all over the world, providing free hotel room to every 21st person is each time a subject of the hotel’s decision. In case the hotel would not provide this discount, TRAVEL SYSTEM INTERNATIONAL will grant every 21st person free from its own commission.

We are in contact with the most important hotel chains and reservation systems, which provide us commission and/or discounted room rates. This enables us to arrange accommodation for our clients under the published room rates including more favorable cancellation and payment conditions. |

Thanks to our partner network and good orientation we can reach more favorable group rates then usual, ranging from 10 to 50 % depending on the given period and the number of participants. |

In case of regular orders in addition to the available corporate conditions, we do not charge any consulting fee for individual and business trips for persons picked by our client. |
We do not charge consulting fee for arranging registrations for congresses and conferences in case of booking more services.
The level and the security of your events and travels is guaranteed by our 25 years Hungarian service provider network (hotels, event sites, congress centers, restaurants & catering companies, transportation companies, guides & interpreters, technique providers, etc.)
