We elaborate incentive tailor made programs based on the corporate strategy so that the participants enjoy the unique experience jointly together, under the corporate identity. The organization works of an incentive programs consist of numberless factors (corporate image, dates, participants, activities, etc.) so we just mention a few of our well functioning ideas. |
We strive to make the first moments of arrival memorable. A gipsy orchestra and Hungarian dancers, wearing authentic folk dresses welcome the travelers. After a short dance performance they offer fresh made Hungarian bread and salt to the guest.
Elizabeth (Sissy) Queen welcomes the guests with Champaign in the contemporary waiting hall of the Western Railway Station. For the sound of music, recalling the atmosphere of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy, authentically dressed dancers perform a waltz.

Beyond the well known tourist highlights (Heroes’ Square, Hungarian Academy of Sciences, Castle District, Citadel, etc.) our guests will attend an organ concert in the St. Stephen Basilica or Matthias Church el, have a coffee in the most well known turn of the century cafes, and visit the Hungarian Royal Sacred Crown in the Parliament. We will revise the Hungarian history in the National Museum, visit to the Statue Park symbolizing the near past where we will get acquainted with the Hungarian historical events from 1945 to 1990. |
|
This program is one of the highlights and at the same time a special completion to the sightseeing tour in Budapest. From the Citadel you can enjoy the uniquely wonderful panorama and see clearly all important buildings of the Hungarian capitol. Making use of this unique chance our guides will give a short overview of the distinguished events of the Hungarian history, then right at the Freedom Statue our guests can enjoy a short folk dance show. We serve Champaign or the world famous Hungarian palinka to the unforgettable experience. |

We shop around in the newly renovated Market Hall of Budapest followed by a romantic unusual travel on the picturesque line of the turn of the century tram all along on the Pest side Danube bank till the Margaret Bridge. While enjoying the play of a piano accordion we serve champagne. We go to a well known restaurant where according the chef’s instructions our guests prepare an authentic Hungarian goulash and a main course of their choice. The dishes will be then of course eaten at an atmospheric lunch. |
We take part on a boat trip on the Danube between the Liberty and the Árpád Bridges to enjoy the beautiful illumination of Budapest. Dinner with live Dixieland music is served on the upper deck followed by a revue program. The night’s highlight is a firework over the Danube.

The program starts at a photo exhibition where we offer champagne to our guests while a famous Hungarian photographer helps in getting acquainted with the secrets of the contemporary Hungarian photography. We will form teams of 2-3 persons equipped with digital cameras, route plans, maps and public transportation tickets and make our way to Budapest. The teams are to take the most original possible pictures of the most beautiful and authentic buildings, squares, and streets of Budapest on determined locations in determined time limits. The winners can keep the digital cameras and they can return home with a bottle of original Tokaj wine.
Once
a good relationship established with our guests, one evening we announce a
surprise program. In
the frames of
this unusual bath visit of bizarre atmosphere we introduce the guests to the
Turkish bathing customs, and after a short steam bath we serve fresh fruits and
champagne in the pool. We hold a belly dance show on the pool side with ambient
sound and light effects followed by a health massage and a short relaxation. The
night’s highlight is the dinner of authentic Turkish foods with harp music in a
Turkish celebration tent where our guests can dine in traditional Turkish
clothes.
We welcome our guests with champagne to the Opera House built in the 19th century. After the general introduction of the Opera House we step on stage where specialist introduce the unique technical solutions, the most important performances of the season, then, in the company of newer champagnes, one of the artists of the Hungarian State Opera House gives a short concert exclusively for our guests.
Our
guests are welcomed by trumpeters dressed as hussars on the steps of the museum,
then are taken on a 30-60 minutes guided tour with cocktails to see the world
famous pieces of this collection. Following this our guests take their seats at
the elegantly set tables decorated with living flower compositions. During the
five courses dinner there is classical background music, between the main course
and the dessert we ‘serve’ a 20 minutes classical concert performed by well
known Hungarian opera singers. After the dinner salon music and open bar are
available for our guests. (The gala dinner can also be organized in further
sites e.g. in the Vajdahunyad Castle, the Royal Palace, the Kiscelli Museum, the
National Museum, the Tropicarium in Budapest, in the Royal palace in Gödöllő or
any elegant site in Hungary.)
We
welcome our guests with Hungarian palinka on the site of the cooking course
where they get an overview of the history
and
the most characteristic features of Hungarian cuisine, and the specialties of
some Hungarian and Transylvanian regions from a well known Hungarian chef. They
can select a typical Hungarian main meal to learn its preparation methods step
by step under the strict control of the chef but tasting wines in the meantime.
For all this we provide suitable tables, ingredients, and appropriate chef
cloth. After cooking our guests will be split into small teams to take part on a
playful ‘Find-out-a-Hungarian-meal’ quiz: they have to create a new Hungarian
type meal using their newly acquired knowledge that will be judged by our chef.
The prize of the winners (and the losing ones) is a beautifully printed
Hungarian cook book
in your language
and a bottle of Tokaj wine.
For
those coming to Hungary an authentic wine tasting is a must. The House of the
Hungarian Wines in Budapest is more than a unique tourist highlight: it is a
multisided professional and cultural workshop serving the universal goals of
Hungarian winery. We welcome our guest with selected wines of distinguished age
groups, and then, with the help of professional sommeliers, they get acquainted
with the Hungarian wine culture. We invite them to the tarnished cellar of the
house for a wine tasting to provide in the meantime a cross sectional view of
all wine regions of Hungary, from the larges selection of the country. The wine
tasting goes on in one of the separate rooms including already a special dinner
of professionally set up special wine courses and a wine show. At the end of the
program each of our guests will receive a bottle of prize winner wine from one
of the famous Hungarian wine regions.
Our guests explore the island on 2-6 seated covered pedal cars (bringó-hintó) according to a previously planned route (maps, orientations points) followed by a light lunch on the terrace of the Hotel Ramada.
Our
guests travel to Kecskemét (approximately 3 hours journey) on an authentic
nostalgia train pulled by a steam engine. After a short trip by horse carts we
offer them house made palinka and fresh made Hungarian cakes followed by a horse
show. After this we serve a lunch of traditional Hungarian dishes. While eating
a gipsy band and folklore dancers entertain our guests. We return to Budapest by
coach.
We
‘make our guests work’ right away on arrival to the hot air balloon site:
divided into small teams they help to set up the balloons while hearing a short
summary of the most important information. After the take off our guests spend
30, 45 or 60 minutes above the Buda Mountains enjoying the unique panorama,
floating in a feeling not similar to any other one. After landing our jeeps
bring the guests to a central point where our professionals evaluate the flight
technique. We serve quality Hungarian wines and cakes.
Our guests can get to know under safe circumstances with the techniques of right hand wheel driving, of driving under special weather conditions, and special traffic situations, then they can take part in a car race on the world famous race track. The race itself goes with Formula 3 cars or own cars under professional control and includes driving tests and time measuring.
The
program starts in one of the Castle District hotels, restaurants or museums.
After announcing the tasks we divide our guests into small teams and provide
them with the necessary technical equipment and advices for the sake of an
efficient organizational system, useful to finalize the tasks. Each team elects
their leaders who will coordinate all tasks to be fulfilled on different sites
and stations at the same time. The teams are equipped with asks sheets, maps,
mobile phones, and other necessary technical equipments (depending on the
complexity level of the team building tasks), so that they are able to collect
the most scores during a predefined time. The teams should realize the whole
project consisting of tasks of finding tourist hidden highlights of Budapest (or
any other location) as well as corporate featured solutions using their
creativity,
organizational sense, team spirit, humor, a ‘deep’ knowledge of the Hungarian
language, the recall of the
information
from the sightseeing tour and the knowledge of the company aims. They can use
all kinds of public transportation or any (even unusual) ideas that may help to
win. On each station our pretty hostesses wait for the teams, put up different
questions, help to solve the tasks, and confirm the fulfillment. The teams in
the meantime, if time permits, are always invited for a cake or refreshment in a
café – if they manage to find out the name of the café. At the end of the
program in one of the atmospheric Castle restaurants we offer a rich dinner with
music, combined with score evaluation and the prize award ceremony.
