Consulting or operation?

You have the choice in inbound travel services and event & conference organization. Both in consulting and operations you will use our 25 years of tourism expertise and get the same quality services. There are only 2  differences:

 1.  In consulting we will charge only our consulting fee  wich is agreed in advance and significantly less (3 to 7 %) than the usual tour operation margins which are generally 10 to 20 %.

 2.  We use the same processes like in tour operation (we find the optimal accommodations, program elements and solutions, the best price/service ratio for you, prepare and control the perfect execution of your selected programs on site, write contracts with service suppliers, etc.) but your payment for the services will be made directly to the service providers.

The 4 most important differences to our ground operation activity:

We will not charge you the usual handling fee, tour operation or PCO margin (10 to 40 %)

Remark

The costs of our clients will be even more reduced in case of an agreement on a fixed consulting amount for a defined period: for the contracted fee you can entrust us with as much continuous consulting, travel and event organizational work for a month, or a year as you like, regardless of the number or complexity of the trips, events or projects. This solution is particularly favorable for travel intensive companies or individuals: a lot of consulting for a constant fee.

These Principles of Ethics conforms to the most recent regulatory and legislative initiatives and assures the users of our travel organization and consulting services that Travel SyStem International is publicly committed to providing the highest quality work.

Travel SyStem International understands its mission as to contribute to its clients' efficiency with practically proved high level and objective intellectual services, keeping always in mind both its clients’ interests and the general interests of Hungary. These Principles of Ethics covers the relation of Travel SyStem International to its clients.

1.

Travel SyStem International will serve our clients with integrity, competence, and objectivity.

2.

Travel SyStem International will give always preference to the client's interests against its own; makes only recommendations serving the long-term interests of the client according to its best knowledge and objective assessment of the situation.

3.

Travel SyStem International will keep client information and records of client engagements learned in course of the organization or consulting activity, strictly confidential, and will use proprietary client information only with the client's permission. Travel SyStem International  will not take advantage of confidential client information for itself.

4.

During implementation of its task Travel SyStem International will closely cooperate with the client; inform the client on all circumstances having potential influence to the implementation of the task.

5.

The relation between Travel SyStem International and the client will be regulated by a contract, based on thorough knowledge of the task to be carried out. When concluding the contract the contractual freedom prevails. In order to avoid later disputes Travel SyStem International will formulate the contract's regulations clearly, precisely and unambiguously.

6.

Travel SyStem International will respect the intellectual property rights of our clients, other organizer or consulting firms, and will not use proprietary information or methodologies without permission.

7.

Travel SyStem International will not allow conflicts of interest which provide a competitive advantage to one client through our use of confidential information from another client who is a direct competitor without that competitor's permission. 

8.

Travel SyStem International will accept only engagements for which we are qualified by our experience and competence, will assign management and control of particular tasks to persons having suitable education and practical skills in that particular domain.

9.

Travel SyStem International will agree independently and in advance on the basis for our fees and expenses and will charge fees and expenses that reasonable, legitimate, and commensurate with the services we deliver and the responsibility we accept.

10.

Travel SyStem International will disclose to our clients in advance any fees or commissions that we will receive for equipment, supplies, or services we recommend or book to our clients.

11.

Travel SyStem International will not advertise its services in a deceptive manner and will not misrepresent the travel organizer and consulting profession or firms.

12.

Travel SyStem International will immediately acknowledge any influences on our objectivity to our clients and will offer to withdraw from a consulting engagement when our objectivity or integrity may be impaired. Travel SyStem International will not undertake participation in cases when its objectivity can be influenced by any factors or such appearance may develop.

13.

Travel SyStem International and its employees must not accept any compensation or allowance from the client in cash or any other way other than determined in the contract.

14.

Although Travel SyStem International is competing in the market, respects other travel organizer and consulting companies and will not take any actions or make any declaration that can put other firms or persons in the shade and impair their authority.

15.

Travel SyStem International will not undertake supervision and judgment of other consultants' work except with the knowledge of the latter. In such cases Travel SyStem International will cooperate with the company performing the task in order to get involved in the underlying facts and reasons of the conclusions and recommendations.
